It is therefore better to phone them and order it via the telephone. Many companies charge around $10 for this service so most people should be able to afford it. While on the phone you should be prepared for the sales consultant to try and upgrade you to a more expensive option. At this point you need to be tough and insist on the basic package. They will throw all kinds of specials at you and you need to resist this at all costs. The terminology that you need to use when ordering this service will include local access service, basic or limited basic service. Other areas might have different terms for it, however they will soon enough understand that you want the lowest option possible. It is possible that you will have to pay a once off fee for installing the service. After which you can rest assured that you will be able to access cheap cable each month.
